At The Tranquil Wedding, we are committed to delivering high-quality wedding photography and videography services with a seamless experience. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking our services. These terms outline the payment structure, delivery schedule, and other important policies to ensure clarity and transparency.

1. Payment Terms

To confirm a booking with The Tranquil Wedding, clients must adhere to the following payment schedule:

• Advance Payment (Booking Confirmation): A non-refundable advance payment of 50% of the total package amount is required at the time of booking. This advance guarantees our availability for your event and allows us to plan the necessary resources accordingly.
• Second Payment (Post-Shoot Completion): Once all scheduled shoots are completed, clients are required to make an additional 40% payment of the total package cost. This payment ensures the commencement of the editing and post-production process.
• Final Payment (Before Delivery): The remaining 10% of the total amount must be settled before the final delivery of all edited photographs, videos, albums, and other deliverables.

Accepted Payment Modes:
We accept payments through the following modes:
✔️ Net Banking
✔️ UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
✔️ Cash (In-Person at Our Office)

Clients are requested to retain proof of payment and provide transaction details if required.

2. Delivery Schedule

We follow a structured timeline to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process for all our clients. Below is our standard delivery schedule:

Photographs

• Raw Photographs: All high-resolution, unedited raw images will be delivered within 3 to 4 days after the final outstanding dues are settled.
• Edited Photographs: A carefully curated selection of the best photographs, edited with high-end retouching, will be delivered within 20 days after the last event.

Videos & Films

• Wedding Teaser: A short cinematic teaser of the wedding will be shared within 20 days of the final event.
• Cinematic Wedding Film: The full-length wedding video will be edited and delivered within 20 days after the client approves the soundtrack for the film.

Albums & Printed Deliverables

• Album Design & Selection: Clients must finalize and approve the selected images for the wedding album within one month of receiving the event photographs. Delayed selections may result in a postponed album delivery.
• Album Delivery: Once the design is approved and the final payment is made, albums will be delivered within 30 days. Clients are required to visit our office for album collection and final settlement of any remaining dues.

3. Data & Backup Policy

• Once the final delivery of photos and videos is completed, The Tranquil Wedding is not responsible for maintaining any backup copies of the files. Clients are advised to download, store, and create multiple backups of their wedding memories upon receiving them.
• All edited photographs and videos will be shared via Google Drive or any other agreed-upon digital platform. Clients are responsible for downloading and securing their data.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• The 50% advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances. This amount covers the reservation of our team, equipment, and other pre-event planning efforts.
• If the event is canceled or postponed, the client must inform us at the earliest. However, the quotation cannot be revised, and rescheduling is subject to availability.

5. Social Media & Rights Usage

• The Tranquil Wedding reserves the right to use selected images and video clips from your wedding for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes.
• If the client wishes to keep their wedding content private, a written request must be submitted before finalizing the booking.

6. Additional Policies

• Portfolio Shoot: A minimum of 40-45 minutes will be allocated for the Bride and Groom’s portfolio shoot, preferably before the “Phere” ceremony. Post-Phere portfolio shoots are not conducted unless pre-arranged.
• Post-Vidai Ceremony: Our team will leave for post-production work immediately after the Vidai, unless otherwise discussed in advance.
