All services offered will be detailed in the booking agreement shared with the client before confirmation.

2. Booking & Payments

• A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving a signed agreement and the advance payment.
  
  
• The advance payment is non-refundable and secures your date.
  
  
• The remaining balance must be cleared before the final delivery of photos, albums, or videos.
  
  

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• In case of cancellation, the advance amount is non-refundable.
  
  
• Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on our availability. Additional charges may apply if the rescheduled date falls in a peak season.
  
  

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for securing permissions for photography at venues, religious places, or other restricted areas.
  
  
• We request cooperation to ensure timely coverage and smooth execution during the event.
  
  

5. Copyright & Usage

• All photographs and videos captured by The Tranquil Wedding remain the intellectual property of the company.
  
  
• Clients receive personal usage rights. Images may be used for personal sharing, prints, or albums.
  
  
• We reserve the right to showcase selected images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  
  

6. Delivery Timelines

• Edited images and videos are delivered within the timeline mentioned in the agreement (usually 4–8 weeks, depending on project size).
  
  
• Delays caused due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated in advance.
  
  

7. Limitation of Liability

• While we take every precaution to ensure quality and timely delivery, The Tranquil Wedding is not liable for disruptions due to equipment failure, venue restrictions, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
  
  
• In rare cases of technical issues or emergencies, our liability is limited to refunding the paid amount or rescheduling the shoot.
  
  

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
